Did you know that Rover starter element is spectro and can be used as a spd? and is not bad if you make a build for that, i know Jinhsi is going to be better but the only people who doesn't have a spectro dps is the people who don't play the game

Spectro MC, Jinhsi, and flower loli. Full Spectro is the way to go.
