I’ll be discussing Gamma Brain Waves more in the next week.

A gamma wave or gamma rhythm is a pattern of neural oscillation in humans with a frequency between 25 and 100 Hz (some forums say 90 is max and others say up to 140 Hz,)

Gamma rhythms are correlated with large-scale brain network activity and cognitive phenomena such as working memory, attention, and perceptual grouping, and can be increased in amplitude via meditation or neurostimulation.

Altered gamma activity has been observed in many mood and cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, and schizophrenia.

I don't know what it does to your brain but my cat went into a different mood when I played 100 from a different source.

For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. (Romans 6:23)
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. (Matthew 11:28-30)
I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish. (Luke 13:5)
For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. (Romans 10:13)
