It looks much more dynamic than when reading reports about pilots inputting this or that control movement. This is the part that looks superhuman to me.

as a passenger it is difficult to land in Congonhas, I can imagine as a pilot!! Beautiful job!!

Most people think that all the control movement must be wrong, but it's not.
After many years of flying, an instructor put me in a special simulator and made me do pretty radical control inputs on the yoke and the rudder while landing.
This method improved my landings greatly during wind and turbulence.
