Beating Chapter 4 now way harder because chapter 3 leaves you pore and you would need to work at the port get enough coins to build the election headquarters, to buy the cell phone, the binoculars, the Sneaking disguise and the sneaking shoes and that takes allot money so is quiet boring get money but well is what it is the chapter is harder to beat but still possible
