Avada Kedavra kurwa is the strongest from of Avada Kedavra. Since Avada Kedavra can be prevented by making a sacrifice (like Harry’s mom did), Avada Kedavra kurwa still works even if a sacrifice was made. This means that if Voldemort used Avada Kedavra Kurwa on harry while he was a baby, harry would have still died.
This was just to show the capabilities of this mighty spell

Kurwa is separate spell. Its an enchantment spell that causes the spell you castled before to became stronger in proportion to alcohol content in casters blood (more alcohol the better result). It still works when caster is sober it's but not as effective.

It was developed by legendary Polish caster named Grzegorz Brzęczyszczykiewicz in 40s.

Not much more is known about it.

Three unforgivable kurwa's:

Crucio kurwo: Causes severe hangover. If the subject had already vodka in their bloodstream, the effect of the curse is multiplied by about 50%.


Imperio kurwo: Causes the subject to go to the nearest liquor store to buy some vodka for the curse caster.


Avada Kedavra kurwa: Strongest of the three curses. It has about 80/20% of killing the subject by alcohol intoxication or sending them straight to detoxification detention centre for a very long time
