VXLAN | Part 6 - BGP EVPN Configuration on Nexus 9000
Показать описание
Welcome to part 6, where we follow ip on the real configuration with control plane learning, AKA #BGP #EVPN.
In this training video, continue past the fundamentals with a configuration technical deep dive. This includes VTEPs, ingress replication (AKA head end replication), OSPF in the underlay, VNI’s and encapsulation (tunnels) in the overlay, BGP, VRF’s, Integrated routing and bridging (IRB), ARP suppression, and anycast gateway, all on real Cisco Nexus (NX OS) 9000 switches.
In short, this lab covers how to configure and troubleshoot #VxLAN control plane learning. This also shows how to configure a multi-tenant VxLAN environment using MP-BGP, VRF’s, Route Targets, and Route Distinguishers.
Did you know that VTEPs are not called VTEPs on a Nexus switch? They use a special interface called an NVE. This takes its IP address from a loopback interface.
