Unlock the Power of OPTA Connect: License Activation Made Easy!

To set up your Arduino Opta IoT PLC, connect a USB 'C' cable to your computer. This will allow you to install the PLC IDE software license included with every Opta. Open the software and start a new project, selecting Opta as your target controller.
Next, go to the Opta Configuration section and select the port number of your USB cable. (The port number can easily be found in the Windows device manager under ports.) Click the download button.
Click the Connect to Target icon in the main menu to confirm your connection to your Opta PLC. Under the status heading, you will see you do not have a license. Select the "Activate PLC runtime" option and follow the prompts to activate your PLC runtime.
Make sure to disconnect the power to your Opta controller and USB cable before proceeding. Once you have restored power and reconnected the USB cable to the controller, click the refresh button in the status area.
Your Arduino Opta IoT PLC is now ready for you to start programming!

Note: The Arduino IDE and Arduino PLC IDE are different programming software packages. Only the Arduino PLC IDE software will allow the OPTA to run as a PLC.

Hello! I'm trying to download the Manual Sketch, but every time I press download I get the warning: Formatting a new board file system may take several minutes. When I press OK, nothing happens. To be clear: I connected the OPTA PLC with the USB-C cable and I have already used other cables and i am not running other programs. Can you help me solve this problem?

Hello! Ive tried so many times to set up my PLC but it always shows me the warning window but no the next windows tha is shown on the video. I could use some help please.
