I bought Sight Reading and Harmony last February 2021. I can honestly say that for the first time in my life, there was real progress in my Sight Reading, now that I am practicing this material for almost 6 months now.

I have an edition of the chorales that I bought used, so it’s probably out of print. It’s from Associated Music Publishers and claims to be a reprint of a Breitkopf edition (371 chorales). My piano professor in college had this edition, so I found a copy for myself. It’s printed in landscape, four systems to a page. Readable enough, but some chorales are cramped. I’m definitely looking forward to your edition!

P.S.: A year ago, I couldn’t sight read anything, let alone a Bach chorale. Sight reading had always been a huge weakness, and I thought the situation was hopeless. Thanks to your videos on the topic, as well as your excellent sight reading book, I’m now reading Bach chorales with relative ease. I didn’t think it was possible, but here we are! Thank you!

Does your book include fingerings? If not, I suppose fingering would come naturally if one was well versed in playing from the WTC?
