I don't like many things about Asia but one thing I will constantly commend her for is her professionalism and her maturity. She is a young girl in this clip and she took responsibility for her own mistake, apologised like an adult and assured Abby that it'll never happen again. The reason Abby gets so angry at these girls is because they make excuses as to why things did not go to plan. Chloe's hat falls off, instead of apologising for it, she cried to her mother. Mackenzie forgets her dance, instead of apologising for it, she cried to her mother. They are in a professional environment where they are being groomed to work in a busy, professional industry. Abby is only trying to teach them to own up and take responsibility just like they would have to in the real world.
