First Handbook on Insolvency proceedings in Zambia launched

The First Handbook on Insolvency proceedings in Zambia has been launched by the Ministry of Justice.

Justice Minister, PRINCESS KASUNE says the launch is a milestone for the office of the Administrator General and Receiver.

Ms. KASUNE says the document will also enhance the legal landscape of Zambia and promote the best practices

Speaking at the launch at LAZ House, Ms. KASUNE explained that the handbook is also expected to provide guidance where business can rise and be safe.

And Solicitor General MARSHAL MUCHENDE pointed out that there is need to give credit to the office of the Administrator General and the Receiver for launching a handbook on Insolvency and proceedings in Zambia.

Meanwhile, Law Association of Zambia Vice President MATILDA KAOMA pledged to continue supporting work done by the office of the Administrator General and the Receiver.
