Blue Trout on the Danube

Do fish relate to humans? I think they do.
Every morning I visit the trout pond to discuss the challenges of the day, meditate and experience the wonder of nature. The trout I have named Elon - individually and collectively - follow my shadow along the bank waiting for me to respond to their awareness and communicate back. Yes, I provide breakfast most mornings, but as they start jumping and splashing at the sight of my shadow, I feel we are connecting on some level. Now I have wild ducks, a heron, and a bear or two that visit the newly reestablished ecosystem. I am but a small part, but happy to be included.

Mountain Trout -
Stocking my trout pond at 8k feet high in the Rockies with rainbows from Liley Fisheries in Boulder Colorado. No trout were harmed in this video in fact, many trout personally thanked me for giving them a new home and feeding them occasionally.. stay tuned.
