Many people are familiar with the NES platformer, Little Nemo: The Dream Master, but the slumbering hero actually had another video game adventure that is often forgotten. An arcade game that was developed alongside the NES title and released shortly after it in late 1990 to very little fanfare. Nemo’s story, however, starts long before video games were ever conceived, as the young hero’s escapades actually began over 100 years ago at the turn of the twentieth century.

Nightmare Land's music is one of my all time favorite vgm tunes I wish people would start covering it already. I stumbled upon the arcade game 4 years ago when I setup my retropie and was random arcade searching. Surprisingly fun game. And now I'm gonna play it tonight haha

I knew about the NES version but not the arcade one. The arcade looks really fun and it seem to run on the same game engine as Mega Twins/Chiki Chiki Boy. Capcom sure do love licensing odd stuffs.

Oh how I love this video! Little Nemo is one of my favorite movies of all time!💖🌙 It seems like with the video game, arcade game, and a few concepts for a TV series, it seems like TMS wanted Little Nemo to be a big franchise. Sadly the movie and games were the only things TMS made with Nemo, although I would KILL for a TV series. I'm extremely happy Nemo's making a comeback with Slumberland!🌙✨
