Beautiful vibrant colors! It's so fun to see this taking shape. That orange belt is such a low level item in the painting, but I can see your confetti stitches are intense! Looking forward to see more in a few days. Happy stitching!

Hi Mary Rose! A wonderful first week of stitching. You do stitch fast - that is a lot of confetti - but it will be beautiful. The threads have so much vibrancy. My plans have derailed. I put my back out last Sunday and it’s really on hiatus- laying in bed waiting. Finally broke down and got a prescription for muscle relaxers yesterday. Thank goodness for YouTube - and for your video. Chomping at the bit to get up and do things. Mary Rose, your stitching is lovely. My full-coverage is a mess of waste knots and parked threads. It sure does take a different type of concentration to work on full-coverage than it does to work on other patterns. :)

Hi Mary Rose. I am finally catching up with Maynia! I really liked the way you filmed your progress on Harlequin. It was easy to see your lovely piece growing day by day. It is interesting to see how you work on a full coverage from the centre. I have always started everything in the centre but once I found full coverage designs I found I preferred to start them in the upper left corner. I look forward to seeing the rest of your progress through Maynia and I hope the real-life Harlequin survives on his diet of bread and water! I don’t do Maynia. I haven’t found a way to fit it in with my way of stitching. I do enjoy watching the videos though and cheering along from the side lines! Take care. Kerry 💜

Beautiful. I, too, am enjoying Maynia.  Have 7 New Starts; 3 just started (less than 50 stitches). rest are WIPs & almost finished. In fact, have finished 3 by the 7th day. Have a Knit/Crochet day, a framing or fully finish day & May 31st is marked "my choice". See U in a week.
