It certainly is, had mine two years I love it, went 32 miles by the scenic route to a hospital to pick up a part for my mrs CPAP Machine just for fun rather than catch two buses and a train, it takes hills in its stride and I go camping pulling a trailer with it, the burley travoy trailer is the perfect companion for the L3.

My fiido l3 doesn’t go below 25 km/h speed no matter what level assist (1, 2, 3) I select during pedaling. Can someone guide me whats wrong how to fix it?

The quoted mileage is way off
Expect 45 to 50 miles on throttle at least that’s what I get with a few hills but I weigh 100 kg and mostly use peddle assist.
