your opening comments speak to me! Have played holy priest since Vanilla (disc in Wrath only) and totally agree it is one of those specs that fly under the radar and are seen as beginner healer specs, but I think it allows room for the player to grow and master its subtleties. It is one of the more powerful/versatile specs when played well.

Started healing a couple weeks ago and holy priest is by far my favorite so far. I’m really enjoying Harmonious Apparatus the most as well but am trying Flash Concentration for fun! Great to see a nice guide showing the highlights of the class :)

Nice video man. I play a Holy Priest on Area-52 as well. I quite enjoy pushing higher keys with this spec. I’d like to get into raiding a bit more before the next content release, currently only 5/10 Heroic thru pugging groups. Subscribed for more videos in the future. 👍

Love your guide mate, been trying to make one for resto shaman (which I mean through ups and downs), but I may need some courage for that hahaha. I just actually dinged 60 on my holy priest, I actually like the other specs as well, but holy I love most. I just didn't play it in bfa, since time they made that more easy, I was done with the expansion basically. Now I need to spam SD for that lego ;)

I have a tendancy to choose for non-default picks, like e.g. my resto shaman is night fae, my holy priest is venthyr :D I admit I chose that for shadow / disc, but then change to holy. I quite like it tbh.

I admit I did quite like night fae, so I'll probably change at one point. The thing I have with necrolord and also venthyr, for me it doesn't make sense for the types of healer I play. Venthyr fits discipline a lot and shadow, but it's like chosing venthyr on a paladin, it doesn't make sense, no matter how good it is, to me that is.

I have been wondering why everyone is recommending guardian angel talent because the way I read the description I thot it only works if the target dies. I just figured out after watching your video and reading the description 100 times. I have been thinking it's the most useless talent

A lot of good stuff, but something to note is that you should start with Holy Fire cast and que SW:P which you then turn into Chastise > Apo > Chastise :)

Mate. Great stuff. Thank you. Could you throw a vid together of getting your UI to the state it's in now? Try as I might, I can not quite nail down a UI setup I enjoy, but yours looks simple and effective and has things where I'd like them too.
