I can tell the difference and listening to this on full doesn't hurt my hears at all, BRING OUT MORE 432hz 
The music makes it more relaxing than when I am listening to this with 440hz where I still come out angry/upset but I am actually relaxed because it doesn't hurt my ears!

download Audacity from ----> audacity sourceforge net/download (insert dots)
install them
then go to File -> Edit Chains below the left window click add, type 432Hz
below right window click insert ChangePitch than type Percentage=-1.818182
2times ok
now just open a song, when song is open click file go to apply chain and click on 432Hz
apply to current project
click on file than export...save new file..and now u have 432Hz song

Oh wow this is one of my favorite favorite songs by Metallica and usually when I sing along I feel aggressive and fire in like I'm telling off the world with every lyric and you just all into it full body and right now when I was singing it I felt like I couldn't even get my voice to rise from this gentle softness and I couldn't stop my body from tingling I felt zero aggression or fierceness or anything it was different super calming I've never sang the Metallica song and felt so udderly calm. the voice now marries the music better. 432hz just harmonizes best. I can picture the strings on a guitar vibrating with more of a unity or more in common with the timing of the vibrations. 2 of my guitars remain at 432hz now. my main guitars. I used to be a huge only rock fan but it started to feel crude and angry. this is a much better version of this song, thank you.
