Contents of Sections:

1) Mental Ability :

The content of this test aims to judge your reasoning power it also helps to judge how accurate you can think. This test
will contain questions based on Series, Syllogism, Coding-Decoding, Relationship, Analogies, Classification, Problems on
Dice, etc., either in Verbal or Non-Verbal form.

2) General Knowledge :
The aim of this section is to test how well you are acquainted with the happenings in the surroundings at Local,
National, International Level including Past Events, Current Affairs including, Science and Technology, History,
Geography, Civics, Political Science and Literature in General.

3) Teacher Aptitude :

The Test aims to know your capacity to become a teacher. It will contain questions related to your keenness to update
your knowledge, leadership qualities awareness about changes in Education and Society, Communication and
Professional Commitment etc.

- The Test will comprise of Multiple Choice Objective Type Questions with Four Options.
- There is no Negative Marking System for this Test.
- Test Duration: 90 Minutes.
- Medium of CET: English and Marathi.

Candidates who desire to seek admission to English Medium Colleges of Education will have to appear and qualify the
ELCT-2019.

Please don't choose and opt for Adarsha Comprehensive College in Pune which is though govt aided but is absolutely pathetic, all the teachers and Staff will just torture you, attack you personally and there are many pregnant ladies students too they often get taunted personally and behave with cruelty. They also discriminate based on region sometimes caste but indirectly which many students have come across and it's not an English no support in any emergency....and they will deduct your internal and often get egoistically hurt if you are super intelligent and put your points politely...they will felicitate only their chamcha and torture you mentally a strong advice go for a better not this atleast....and mind you.... becz of all this the karma has awarded them with only B grade by NAAC.
