Die EWM spotmatic-Funktion: Punkt für Punkt zur perfekten Naht mit minimierten Punkt- und Heftzeiten. Auslösen konstanter Heftpunkte nur durch Kontakt mit der Brennerspitze. Spart bis zu 50 % Arbeitsaufwand beim Heften.

Das Schweißen mit der spotmatic-Funktion ist super einfach und besonders vorteilhaft bei kleinen und filigranen Bauteilen. Die Funktion gibt es natürlich nicht nur in den neuen Tetrix-Geräten, sondern auch in den Vorgängermodellen.

The EWM spotmatic function: Spot for spot for a perfect seam with minimised time required for tacking and spot welding. Triggers constant tack points only upon contact with the torch tip. Saves up to 50% of work when tack welding.

Welding with the spotmatic function is so easy, and it’s particularly useful for small and filigree components. And of course, the spotmatic function is not only available with the new Tetrix machines, but also with the predecessor models.

Ich habe das besprochene Gerät vor kurzem gekauft. Könnt ihr mir sagen was ich beim Schweiß-Helm beachten muss? Das wäre klasse. Viele Grüße

Spotmatic mit angestecktem Fußfernsteller funktioniert nicht, ist im Menü deaktiviert. Gibt's dafür eine Erklärung von EWM? Die pedalanaloge Verstellung des Schweißstromes sollte logischerweise deaktiviert werden, aber eine kleine Auslenkung des Pedales kann einem Tastendruck entsprechen und den Spotprozess freigeben. Damit ist es nicht mehr notwendig das Fußpedal auszustecken, bzw. den Brenner zu wechseln (falls tasterlos). ps: sogar die Schweißstromverstellung könnte aktiv bleiben, vermute ich...
