About The Film:

Celebrating 10 years, 10 routes and 10,000 miles of adventure! Telling the decade-long story of the BDR organization, this 75-minute film features never before seen footage and bloopers from the BDR vault, interviews with founders, and a behind the scenes look at how BDR came to be and where it's going. From its ragtag beginnings to becoming one of the most influential names in adventure motorcycling, this is one ride you won't want to miss!

About BDR:

Backcountry Discovery Routes® (BDR®) is a non-profit organization that creates off-highway routes for dual-sport and adventure motorcycle travel. We have introduced a new route with free GPS tracks for the community every year since 2010.

Our work includes rider education, safety campaigns and promoting responsible travel for motorcyclists traveling in the backcountry.

Our volunteer-powered organization works with agencies and land managers to keep trails and remote roads open for motorcycling.

Each route generates new tourism that delivers sustainable economic relief to less-advantaged rural communities. This creates local stakeholders who will help fight to keep access for dual-sport and adventure motorcycles in these incredible backcountry areas.

Adding economic incentive to keep public lands accessible is fantastic, that gives me hope that our love for offroad riding will stick around for the next generation. Tread lightly, keep right, ride safe.

Just had a chance to watch this film and what a great success story. My wife and I are 40 days into a BDR ride and so far rode NM, AZ, parts of NV, and most of the ID BDR ( Snow still has some sections closed) but we made it to the Canadian border and are now hanging for a few days near Priest Lake with Friends, before continuing with the WA BDR and then make our way through OR and south into CA and ultimately into Cabo San Lucas for a Family get together in November.
We have done UT and CO before and are looking forward to WY next year.
THANK YOU for all you have done, the communities along the way love this. RIDE RIGHT>>RIDE WITH RESPECT!

I recognize that Pastor around the 48 minute mark(I could be mistaken). I’ve seen him at National Enduros sharing a fireside message the night before in the pits. Really interesting character. Got to live his worship on the trails attitude!

CABDR was challenging, every time I see rocks, I think of BFR (Big F*&^% Rocks). Elevation changes were amazing, views grandiose. Route was tough, but glad to have cracked open that door.
