I'm still using the free Kontakt Player but I must say that I am impressed with the quality of sounds you can get from Native Instruments. I made a entirely using the free Kontakt Player and Komplete Kontrol on my channel.

I spent more on Komplete UCE than I did on my DAW and it’s been worth every penny. The only problem I have with it is that there are so many incredible libraries out there using Kontakt that I want them all haha. Endless inspiration and top shelf problem solvers for my line of work :)

Please NI, add MPE compatibility to Kontakt! your main competitor Falcon has had it for years. The sooner you add it, the more likely you are to retain your leadership as the primary sample library engine IMHO. otherwise, people like myself will start going elsewhere, especially when I get my Osmose later this year.

I'm glad I finally bought the full version of Kontakt when I did in September 2020
even though I did pay the full £359 for it but you can get it at 50% off or buy it as
part of Komplete. Editing and scripting in Kontakt is also very intuitive.
