A torsion spring is a spring that works by twisting its end along its axis; that is, a flexible elastic object that stores mechanical energy when it is twisted. When it is twisted, it exerts a torque in the opposite direction, proportional to the amount (angle) it is twisted. There are various types:
  1. Repaired Blender

  3. torsion bar
  4. torsion fiber
  5. helical torsion spring
  6. helix

finally something that actually works, I HATE that my cad software (123d design) doesnt have any ways of making spiral springs and I havnt found a single way to make spiral springs models or svg online until now, I still Really dont like freecad tho
