HOW TO ACHIEVE GOLDEN BROWN & CRISPY SEAFOOD WITH ONLY 2 INGREDIENTS / OLD SCHOOL SEAFOOD PLATTER

OLD SCHOOL GOLDEN AND CRISPY SEAFOOD PLATTER( SHRIMP, OYSTERS AND CATFISH)

This is my simple way to achieve golden brown and crispy seafood with only 2 simple ingredients
RECIPE:
2 Cups Louisiana seasoned fish fry mix
1 Cup all purpose flour
vegetable oil

DIRECTIONS:
Mix together fish fry mix and flour together
wash and clean seafood
coat in breading mixture
Fry in vegetable oil at 350 degrees until golden brown and crispy
Catfish usually 5 minutes on each side)
Oysters and Shrimp usually 2-3 minutes total cooking time

Chef I love a good fish fry. Not a fan of oysters but everyting else looks delicious. Some good potato wedges, buttery corn on the cob tartar sauce and some cole slaw or just some sliced bread and oowee what a meal. TFS.
