Galing mo po. I missed working on a Technical works like these, in my previous job i'm doing everything. From Systems admin, some Network firewalls, HSM and managing legacy Servers and systems and racking new appliances like these! Missed those days!

Whenever I had to mount a larger device or something a little unwieldy we used to make a ty-wrap sling to bear some weight. One hand on the device, the other to tighten the sling and lift it to the desired rack position. Done that with Cisco switches and routers, Sun servers and other devices.

To easily rack the switch in an empty rack like this. Use a shelf mounted upside down in the slot below it. Then you can just slide switch in. Much easier than a 2nd person holding it.
