I was under the asumption when u rebirth a new character your guy will be lvl 90...NOT 60!! That's how 2K gets you...either grind for weeks or pay

Reason I don’t wanna use rebirth is cuz you have to pay again for the build it be better if it would start at 85 and wouldn’t have to pay another 70 bucks for a build

i play nba 2k23 mycareer in ps4 i just hit 90 overall but when i create another player it show the same thing that i got 25 badges and i can finally upgrade in 90 overtall but when i go to attributes can't upgrade to 90 overall stil in 85 can you help me how to do it?
