Vlassides Winery - Pairing Day - May 2023

Η εκδήλωση με το όνομα Pairing Day at Vlassides Winery αφορούσε τους ειδικούς του κρασιού και έλαβε χώρα τη Δευτέρα και Τρίτη, 15 και 16 Μαΐου. Στη μεγάλη πλατεία του οινοποιείου φιλοξενήθηκαν δεκάδες άνθρωποι του χώρου που αγαπούν και σέβονται το κρασί και με οποιονδήποτε τρόπο το εμπλέκουν στις επαγγελματικές τους δραστηριότητες.
Κύριοι συντελεστές της εκδήλωσης ήταν ο οινοποιός Σοφοκλής Βλασίδης, ο chef της χρονιάς 2020 Κρις Θεοφάνους και ο βραβευμένος ως καλύτερος sommelier της Κύπρου και των Βαλκανίων για το 2022 Σωτήρης Νεοφυτίδης.
Τα κρασιά που παρουσιάστηκαν από τους τρεις συντελεστές σε μια σπάνια εμπειρία wine & food pairing ήταν το Artion Vlassides 2017, το Όroman Vlassides 2020, το Alates 2020 και το Eddial 2018.

The event called “Pairing Day at Vlassides Winery”, which was aimed at wine experts, took place on Monday the 15th and Tuesday the 16th of May. The large square of the winery hosted many locals who love wine and are involved in the wine industry.
The main contributors to the event were winemaker Sophocles Vlassides, Chris Theofanous, chef of the year 2020, and Sotiris Neophytidis who was awarded as the best sommelier of Cyprus and the Balkans for 2022.
The wines presented by the three contributors in a rare wine and food pairing experience were Artion Vlassides 2017, Oroman Vlassides 2020, Alates 2020, and Eddial 2018.
