Agreed, back in another life I was never honest to my doctor about how much alcohol I was consuming, so if you can’t be honest with your Dr, why would you be honest in a honesty questionnaire, especially if you have a bias to unhealthy food choices

Animals did not eat grain or anti-biotic. What oils are used to cook the meat? Are they frying these? How often?

Don't eat too many fruits because the fructose changes your metabolism as a survival mechanism. A little is OK, but there is no need to eat fruit or fructose unless you want to gain fat. Richard Johnson explains how this works...humans currently have no need whatsoever to eat fruit because we don't face famines anymore...we also don't need vegetables...

I believe the magazine American Scientist had an article about this problem years ago, basically saying that the research on nutrition is, well, kinda crap.

So vegan gains said that few of these questionnaires involve recall. He claimed that they will ask for what they ate 'that' day. And that would be asked weekly.

John McDougall is full of BS ! I was low fat vegetarian based higher "Healthy" carb over 12 years and it made me weak and getting sicker, joint pains and brain fog and gallbladder pains. 4 years ago I switch to a animal based very low carb diet and now am feeling better that I can remember. I can actually do 6-10 sets of all out 100 yard sprints that I could not do 5 years ago, gallbladder pains stopped a year on very low carb higher proteins and fat, no joint pain and no brain fog ! Wake up Vegans !
