Entry for me!
Would like to see more knife cutting content, displaying the sharpness and beauty of these knives. Specifically going through different proteins. Truly nothing more satisfying.

Hey there, it's really fascinating to hear that humble knife makers are still out there, honing their craft. Like now with mass production, just makes it even more special. Makes you believe that art always survives

Great unboxing. Would love to see an actual test drive on one of the knives. It always helps to learn more about a knife by watching it in action

A video about when it's time to sharpen knives...ie. when it's time to go back to a lower grit...when stropping on a high grit stone or strop can bring back the edge...

Gotta say, I love having a completely other option of Japanese knives that are available relatively close to where I live. Keeps options very open, and even having a small selection of amazing Japanese knives are always a treat when searching for a next investment.

As for an idea for a next video, as the name of your shop, a montage of just slicing everything. So satisfying to watch knives cut effortlessly through paper and vegetables.

Watching you unbox those knives released some serious dopamine in my brain! Very cool to watch. Would love to see a video of you describing which sharpening stones work best and the types of grits you can use to get sharp as hell results.

Great video! I was walking by yesterday and I saw a bit of the butcher class going on. It would be really cool if you did a quick time lapse of the class from overhead showing a few of the cuts getting done.

Nice vid! I’d love to see more of these unboxing/overview vids. They’re great to get a feel for the knives without being able to visit a brick and mortar.
