my guess would be that shredder wanted to keep his armor on at all times in case he needed it to fight, so the hologram was a way to keep his armor on but still look like a normal citizen.

I love the concept of a group of Mutants Shredder attempted to make his own version of the Turtles. In a better written series they could have had an ongoing story arc and more development. Initially loyal to Shredder and over time turning good.

Grew up watching TMNT. 43 now, still watching them! Love the Punk Frogs. I was really hopin' Super 7 TMNT Ultimates was going to release all four of them, but we only got Genghis. I have him, naturally, but am also considering branching out to NECA to pick up all 4, as well as Usagi Yojimbo, their upcoming Panda Khan, and a few others it doesn't look like Super 7 is going to get to...
I'd absolutely watch and read a show and comic line! The very concept of building enemies for your enemies, only for them to end up as partner groups and retaliate against the frogs' creator is a wonderful story arc. Shredder doomed himself with them, now there's 4 turtles, a Ninja Master Rat, and 4 frogs with a vendetta!!

I love frogs, too. It would be cool if they finished the original line of toys. Having both of the remaining frogs with different designs, too.

I always liked the frogs and I love leatherhead. I like you always wanted the other 2 as toys as kid no matter how they looked. Funny how the frogs in the toon were different shades of green but they didn’t follow that for turtles like toys. Also it was great that in 2012 tmnt Jon that played Napoleon Dynamite voiced Napoleon. Also wonder how the toon would’ve handled leatherhead in mutanimals too had it happened. Again these and the specific iteration of character vids are my favorites you do.

10:21 I would actually love to see a video going over some of the variant universes ones that are based off a particular version but aren’t for one reason or another

For example I believe the Shredder’s revenge turtles aren’t part of the 87 continuity but there’s still probably based off the rest of the old TMNT games because of some of the references to the other games in the story

I love the Punk Frogs, but I always wished they would look and act like the Ramones style New York Punk. Or at very least the British Sex Pistols type of punks, cause they're all clearly more Californian (or Floridaian) Surfer dudes.
