Definitely appreciated the video production quality. Would really help to have some narration on top of the too loud techno track to point out the ports available, how to hook up, any issues you had with maybe using all ports at once, is the PS sufficient for max use, etc. I have this dock and it’s significantly bigger than the prior non TB D3100 but I only need multiple HDMI monitor support.

My dock simply stopped charging my laptop using the USB-C port. I tried to update the drivers, but the update wouldn’t even recognize it even being plugged in. The other ports work fine as well as the USB-C cord led lighting up at the plug. It just doesn’t want to feed juice to my Dell 5540. After looking for a replacement, it looks like Dell discontinued the WD19TB model.. of course.

Thanks for this. I just dropped the cash on a WD19TB to pair with my Precision 3510 and the power button LED doesn't turn on. According to the manual the LED should activate when it's plugged into a power source. Your LED came on when you plugged it into the laptop even though the power source was already connected. I'm guessing it's a laptop BIOS issue, not a dock issue.

Hi I use WD19TB in my laptop Dell Inspiron 13-7378. it charges the laptop, but the dock LED power light is off and could not switch off or turn on my computer. All software and drivers have been updated. I am wondering whether the dock is not suitable for this computer. Thank you!

Hey how is the latency on your screen? I heard some Docks have very bad latency, for games for exempel :(

my notebook only has a usb-c port, will this dock turn into a thunderbolt 3 port when connecting to my notebook's usb-c?
i need a 3 thunderbolt port but my notebook doesn't have it. that's my doubt.

Do you have any issues where the dock causes the Dell XPS to throttle the CPU to 0.78 GHz when actively charging through the TB from the dock?
