Pork chops are always a good idea. Especially beauties like these bone-in Ribeye pork chops! Perfect the basics and all you need are a few delicious side dishes before your meal is complete!

Grilled Bone-In Pork Chops
1. For the Bone-in Ribeye Pork Chops (or other bone-in pork chop cuts): Season both sides of chops with salt and pepper; brush lightly with oil.
2. Prep and preheat grill for direct and indirect cooking; setting direct side to medium-high heat and indirect side off.
3. Grill chops over direct heat, covered, 2 minutes per side to create grill marks.
4. Transfer chops to indirect heat, close grill and cook for 7-8 minutes or until chops reach an internal temperature of 145ºF.
5. Remove chops from grill, set on cutting board and let rest for 3 minutes.
6. To serve: Slice chops on a bias.

Note: This recipe is for gas grilling. A charcoal grill may also be used. To use a marinade or brine, do so prior to step one. If you want to add additional seasonings or spices, apply with salt and pepper in step one.
