Christmas Meringue Buche de Noel Roll | How Tasty Channel

Christmas Meringue Roll is a special variation of the classic Buche de Noel (Yule Log or Tronchetto di Natale Innevato).
It's made with a meringue filled with Whipped Cream and Cranberry (or Red Currant if you can find it). It's incredibly quick and easy to make!
This cake is perfect in the Holiday Season but even during summertime: you can freeze it and remove from the freezer about 1 hour before serving it, this is a very refreshing idea for Summer!
In Christmas season I prefer to refrigerate it: the meringue sweetness is balanced with the slightly bitter cranberries.

I have not tried this meringue roll. The last I came across it's called Budapest roll, I believe they are similar..it such a beautiful cake to make for Christmas with cherries deco on top. Another mesmerising video, Valentina! 😘👍😍❤️🌹
