If you find this too easy for you try to increase the speed so it could be more challenging, in the listening exam there won't be a time interval for you to write the number as you remember it since the conversation might go to the second question immediately, I guess that's the main difference.

But i think that, in ielts exams "0"(zero) is spelled as "oh".
