I’m 15, take what I say with a grain of salt.

I was 215 lbs, addicted to food and video games, quit childhood sports, lacked real-life friends, and struggled with talking to girls.

I’m about a year into my journey and I’m wrestling varsity as a sophomore at 175, even tho I’m in a weight dependent sport I’m still cutting to reach 12% body fat at 150 (5'11").

The biggest improvement has been taking responsibility. The best example is probably when I was 190, I had planned to stop the cut, but learned the girl I liked said she’d date me if it wasn’t for one thing
I was too fat (26% body fat). Instead of blaming her for being shallow I put my head down, kept cutting, improving life daily.

Still talking to her, aiming to be attractive and in her league because unbalanced relationships don’t tend to be healthy relationship.

The Versace has been my daily in the summer for a long long time now. If I’m feeling a certain way some days I’ll wear cool water or Aqua Di Gio.
Winter I love TF Tobacco Vanille but I use it so sparingly as it’s super expensive.
