NTK/25 - Five Years Since NYT's UFO Scoop — 12-01-22

Bryce and Ross mark two anniversaries in this episode. It's been one month since the deadline for Congress to release a new UAP report. And we're close to the five-year anniversary of the New York Times article on the $22 million Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program at the Defense Dept. It's regarded as the most consequential piece of our times by a mainstream media organization on UFO research. And as for the Congressional UAP report that was due at the end of October? Bryce is not happy.

Bryce, you are so right man, at 65 and in poor health I wonder if anything will happen too. With my retirement, I became fascinated with UFOs after a break of over 60 years. The internet makes the subject so much easier to research; and with that, I am fascinated and my science background (logic driven, data based) has become piqued. The evidence is overwhelming, the phenomenon is a grand mystery. Australian media, apart from Ross's specials, and the filler material on morning television, which is a source of amusement for the hosts (idiot TV anyway)
I do so hope this gets out in my lifetime, while I can still appreciate it.

I highly recommend watching John Greenewald's latest interview with Travis Taylor. He says many times that the Gimbal video from Dec 2017's NYT story contains a wealth of data that's been generally overlooked. He didn't say exactly what, but only it's there. I'd love a detailed analysis on what else can be gleaned from it since it's already out in the public.

I’ve given up on the idea of disclosure. Some people don’t deserve to know the truth. They’re so arrogant and close-minded they wouldn’t believe it anyways. I’m on a mission to find the truth myself. And the evidence I’ve collected is substantial but it’s not good enough. There is so much more to learn. I’m sorry if I sound pretentious, that’s not my intent but time is running out and I’m not going to wait around for the powers that be to tell me anything. Thank you Ross and Bryce for what you do. It’s inspiring and incredibly important.

The Nimitz encounter demonstrated in that descent from 80, 000 feet to sea level, not just ludicrous speed, but to come to a complete stop, was estimated at 100 tons of TNT (inertial energy) yet there wasn't even a peep, not a sound. Hypersonic speed without shockwaves? Accelerations aside, the strength needed to withstand the forces, are not known to our material sciences. Some of our very best fighter aircraft can take a very brief load of 12 G, not the pilot, but enough to survive. Most aircraft would simply disintegrate at any forces approaching those. Our aircraft have to be strong but flexible like commercial airliners, where the wings bend.
