I mean, just look at this year’s stages. The groups that were performing, loads either just debuted or pretty much made their debut on that very stage. Not to say these idols didn’t do well, but it doesn’t feel like an award show. Awards shows are to showcase artists who have made a name for themselves and to share something new and refreshing performances of very well loved songs. Now MAMA just feels like a showcase for rookies
