Wow. As a DIY-er I've considered trying to execute a "glass only" replacement now and again - glass only is so much cheaper than the whole digitizer. Now I've actually seen the work involved. Ugh, yeah. Very, very great respect where it's due, but for a guy at home with his ifixit case .... nope.

So, great work! It's nice to see this technique fully executed on camera. A lot of other vids do cutaways or cuts that skip the process.
The music though.... a video this long ends up repeating the same track several times.... which becomes jarring at about the 6 or 7 minute mark. If you want more follow-through on your vids (even though the footage is excellent) a bit of narration (even if you use AI to generate it) and switch up the tracks. <3
