The use of the official Korean won (KRW) conversion rate, in Schwartz's opinion, makes this number erroneous. In actuality, the value of the KRW is far lower inside of South Korea than it is outside of it. However, the official exchange rate took into account the value outside of South Korea, which resulted in the incorrect XRP price of $3.84.
