I bought the mower last week, amazingly good tool for a standard yard. 2 batterys will finish my yard and have power left over. Will be getting the string trimmer next.

I just purchased this after going through 3 32V Worx trimmers (they all died after 1yr of use). One thing that is a big mystery - this unit claims to be variable speed but there is absolutely no mention of that in the manual, on their website or anywhere else. I don't understand how they can advertise a feature then say nothing about it, how it works, etc. All I saw on the website is a pointer to the safety button, but when I push that it only shuts the trimmer down. Even you didn't mention variable speed! I'm perplexed! And it says so right on the box. I also have around 2 acres to clean up and it often means shutting the unit off and on again multiple times, so I'm not sure about wasting string, it's a weird feature.

Would have been much better if you ran the device for us and even better, a short demo on cutting. Otherwise was good

Very difficult to release string, it states that it is a self feeder, that by releasing the start button it releases the string but it did not, had to kept taking in apart to pull more string out.

I don't know what I am doing wrong, tried looking and searching for videos that explains how this works but could not find anything on it, I did not find in the manual an explanation of it either.

The provided line breaks easily and the auto feed and cutting system didn’t work well. I’m frustrated and gutted that I went with this product.
