Menuett from Dancing Suite by Wilhelm Grosz

Wilhelm Grosz (1894-1939) was a Viennese composer who relocated to the UK in 1934. He composed three operas (including one with a libretto by Langston Hughes), several orchestral works, and a number of popular songs. He also composed two suites of dance music for solo piano; this Menuett is the first piece in the first suite, simply entitled Tanzsuite (or Dancing Suite in the English translation), published in 1922.
