Reacher would win a fight between him and the Dutch Giant. Reacher is a trained soldier. His skills would have been practiced against guys with similar skills. The Dutch Giant, isn't trained in the same way. Yes he is most likely stronger and has greater arm length. But Reacher is more used to hitting the weaker spots and nerve clusters to weaken his opponent.
