Comparing between the Brumate, Hydrojug, HydroFlask and Owala, which one would you recommend if: 1) want to use it to hold hot beverage safe (e.g. hot water) 2) easier to clean 3) spill resistant? The ability to use without a straw is a plus too.

What's the benefit of a stainless straw vs. a plastic one?

Problem with the Brumate Era is the silicone straw end. I expect it to ware out in time, but I don’t see any mechanism on how to replace the silicone part only. Everything else seems sturdy. I’ve tinkered with mine and tried to remove the silicone part to no avail. Are we supposed to replace the entire magnetic detachable part once the silicone straw wares down?
