Veterans' benefits delayed

A new kind of "wait time" problem has hit the VA. The issue is the critical "compensation and pension" exam. The VA uses those results to establish a disability rating that a vet is entitled to, which determines how much money he or she receives. The problem, since the pandemic: the wait time has nearly tripled.
