I've been on this awakening and personal development journey for almost 2 years now and had many non-dual experiences during that time but back in February I sat my second Ayahuasca retreat in Costa Rica and I was able to go so much deeper than my previous ceremony because of all the non-duality work I've been doing, I believe. However I had a moment of complete terror one night during ceremony when I experienced ego death and non-duality like I never had before and went to raise my hand for assistance because "I" was so terrified, I but then realized there was no point asking for help...because there was only consciousness! There was no other to ask! Haha. I'd had this realization many times before over the past couple of years but had definitely not experienced it at this depth. After that I just surrendered to it and had the most beautiful night of my life. I've been home in Australia for 2 months and your videos have been so helpful in that time with integrating and understanding on a deeper level what I'm experiencing and they have also helped me through some of the darkest and most difficult parts of my awakening, so thank you Leo. What a wild ride it all is! Every day I'm just blown away more and more by the intricate beauty of this life. I think it's time for 5meo :)

• I do not get these dualities, when I am not experiencing strong emotions when exposed to them (ego reaction)
• The world is made from dualities, not atoms
• Nonduality can not be communicated, when it is spoken or written, it will devolve into contradictions and paradoxes (because it is all-inclusive)
• Absolutes: Truth, Actual, Existence, Being, Consciousness, Goodness, Love, Intelligence, Beauty, Fairness, Power, Order, Mind, Selflessness, The Self, Wisdom, Unlimited, Unity, Oneness, Wholeness, Infinity, Absolute, Nonduality, Heaven, Life, Creation, Enlightenment, Spirit, God, Happiness, Peace, Perfection, Divinity, Eternality, Immortality, Mystery
• But any ideas about these are not the Absolute, just practices can make one conscious of these absolutes
• Ones goal in life is to unify all these absolutes, to embrace all of it, especially those parts I think are bad or even not parts of all, to include it, even the distinctions/divisions/evil
• Questions to use to deconstruct the dualities:
o What is this duality grounded in? What is its substance/reality? And what is the ground of this ground grounded in?
o How does this duality contain aspects of its opposite?
o How are the sides of this duality Good?
o How am I clinging onto this duality? Feel and observe this clinginess
o How am I trying to ground all of reality into a type of duality? (For me Physical-mental; Self-other; Matter-mind)
• Duality cannot be transcended through thought because the act of thought is dual, although it is a good starting point

The best duality to notice.
Silliness and seriousness.
To a muslim his religion is something serious, but to a scientist it's something silly. To the scientist, science is serious, but to the muslim it's silly. To other people, both science and religion are silly.
If you notice the silliness is all that is not important in the paradigm adopted.
If you adopt the transcendent paradigm of knowing that everything is seen through a paradigm, you see that EVERYTHING IS SILLY.
Silliness with a capital S.
Nothing is serious, nothing MUST be taken seriously, it's all a game.
