Rally organized as some airport employees work without pay

Organizers of an "End the Shutdown" rally said employees at Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport are being forced to work without pay. About 420,000 federal employees whose work is declared essential are reporting to work, and some of those employees work for the Transportation Security Administration.
