Mechazilla's Chopsticks Moved and Tested At Last | SpaceX Boca Chica

Work on the Orbital Launch Mount continued, movement of Mechazilla's Chopstick arms was finally tested, and crews worked on Booster 4.

The chopsticks moving put a ridiculous smile on my face. Stoked to see it moving! At 15:15 with the moon in the background, what a shot Mary! Can't wait to see more tests being done on the chopsticks. Absolutely amazing

Good to see a little protection finally going in for all that wiring and hydraulics on the side of the launch mount. Also nice to see the chopsticks being tested

It’s so great to see work at Starbase steaming full speed ahead again. Things getting finalized. Covers being installed. Scaffolding getting removed. Chopsticks getting tested. I’m quite sure they are going to start actual Sartship/Booster lift tests soon. I bet the next time they’re stacking the Ship, it’s going to be done with the chopsticks.

I'm glad to see the shielding being attached over the plumbing on the OLM sides. it was looking rather exposed without them. I wonder if there will be additional shielding on their sides, or if just on the top is enough protection from the Raptor blast.
