Pres. Duterte releases NBP matrix showing De Lima’s involvement

President Rodrigo R. Duterte released a “matrix” showing the alleged linkages of Sen. Leila De Lima to different personalities involved in the illegal drugs operations inside New Bilibid Prison (NBP).

The matrix shows six key personalities linked to the senator, including his alleged boyfriend Ronnie P. Dayan, Raul Sision, Cong. Amado T. Espino, Raffy Baraan, former Justice Usec. Toti Baraan, and Gen. Franlin Bucayo.
