Found leukemia in 2018. Was put on oral chemo therapy and was told it was for the rest of my life.
The treatment was literally killing me. I started reading and found the keto diet. After going heavy keto for a year I told the Dr. I wanted to come off the chemo.
He wasnt buying it but I was insistent.
Drug free and leukemia free for more than 3 years now.

Yep my dad was in Stage 4 pancreatic and duodenum cancer and used the carnivore diet and weed to come completely into remission. Edit: they had told him had 4 months to live-that was in 2011. Rock on dad💪💪💪

10 year thyroid cancer survivor. Fortunately, my long time retired Dr was a believer in Keto and Carnivore. New Dr said, "Dont stop what you're doing". Been fortunate to find two who actually get it...feel great!

Dr. Berry, I was diagnosed with a gynaecological cancer exactly a year ago and your videos got me converted to a low carb diet. The tumour was bulky but following a month and a half on keto, it was deemed operable. I am now free of cancer! Thank you so very much for all you are doing.

It's sad because I've known and followed the Thomas Seyfried information for 5 years and still had to watch 3 family members die from cancer. Nobody believes the simplicity of metabolic therapy, but just like Seyfried, I believe it will one day become the standard of care.

That's great news. My husband was diagnosed with cancer 5 months ago any instantly join me in eating carnivore. He was diagnosed with stage four prostate cancer that metastasized to his spine and his lymph nodes. He's about to take his 6th and final chemo treatment. His prostate numbers have come down very nicely. He is a no pain and he was in excruciating pain for months leading up to his cancer diagnosis. He's had many victories along the way that we credit to his carnivore eating!

I hope the

I was researching the recommended vegetables, fruit, and grains we eat nowadays, and was STUNNED to see how manyof them have been re engineered so recently in history. Almost every grain, fruit, starch, and veggies have been radically changed in the last 100 to 200 years, often trippling the sugar content and size. Apples werent sweet. Niether were pears, oranges, and peppers. Strawberrys were tiny. Most commercially produced berries and table grapes are inventions of the last century. Wheat, corn, and rice, all different. Wow! Sugar? From rare to everywhere!
I'm down almost 70 lbs and loving my carni-ketovore life.
Today was a sleep in, late breakfast day because its my wife's day off. Pasture raised 3 egg omelettes, suffed with homemade mozzarella, and home smoked pork belly bacon, topped with a schmeer of sour cream and a half avocado! Im a quart of bullet coffee in the morning and one dinner meal a day, usually, but days off can be nice. Sitting by the fire, digesting brunch listening to the rain, and sipping an Earl my best life!

I am a 60 year old long distance thru-hiker who hikes carnivore and one meal a day (OMAD) with no snacks. I was not thinking about cancer when I started hiking, but came to realize that long distance thru-hiking (4 to 6 months) in a continuous state of nutritional ketosis on a low-carb / zero-carb diet is an ideal activity for those interested in preventing or living with cancer. More specifically, my glucose ketone index (GKI) after several hours of hiking is typically below 2.0, sometimes less than 1.0. My record low GKI was 0.76 (77 mg/dL glucose, 5.6 mmol/L ketones) at the end of a long hiking day (10 hours).

I am now 5 years keto and one meal a day (OMAD) and 2 years carnivore and OMAD. Keto and OMAD reversed all of my metabolic problems. I currently have no medical problems, no medications, very good vitals, and very good blood work. I just completed a carnivore and OMAD (no snacks) hike of the Appalachian Trail from Georgia to Maine (2, 200 miles). I hike in a fasted-state and eat one meal after I am done hiking for the day. My on-trail diet consisted of 2/3 lb of homemade pemmican (50% beef tallow and 50% dehydrated beef powder) to which I added about 4 dehydrated (powdered) eggs. On trail I would heat/melt the pemmican in my pot with some water to make a beef soup base and then season to taste with a variety dry seasoning mixes. I would re-supply along the trail with pre-planned mail drops sent from home.

I typically hike for 8 to 10 hours a day, covering 12 to 15 miles, over steep mountainous terrain wearing a 35 lb backpack. So far as I know, I am the first person to complete a long distance thru-hike in a state of nutritional ketosis on a zero carb/carnivore and OMAD eating schedule. I was never metabolically fatigued or exhausted. No NSAIDs and no chronic aches or pains. I always had plenty of energy left at the end of the day and always felt great in the morning. My trail weight remained stable over the course of many months on trail. No hiker hunger, no hiker hobble, no post-trail weight gain, no post-trail hunger, no post-trail depression. My on-trail and post-trail experience stands in very stark contrast to the experience of most long distance thru-hikers. The typical recommended thru-hiker diet is an ultra high carb 4, 000 to 6, 000 calories per day (70% carbs, 15% protein, 15% fat) of highly processed junk food with continuous snacking throughout the day. In the doctrinal belief system of the thru-hiking community, sugar and carbs do not matter as you are burning it all off while hiking and a person needs lots of sugar to perform.

I wore a Freestyle Libre 2 continuous glucose monitor (CGM) and carried my Ketomojo meter to monitor finger stick glucose and ketone levels at various times of the day. I also wore a Fitbit Charge 6 fitness monitor and had comprehensive laboratory blood work done through "Own Your Labs" / Labcorb after 90 days on trail. Average glucose by CGM is 94 mg/dL and slowly rises to 110 by mid-day before slowly falling to the mid-70s by late afternoon. I see no discernible rise in glucose after eating in the evening. Glucose usually falls into the low-60s (sometimes the mid-50s) during the night while I am sleeping. Resting heart rate is in the high 40s.

After 90 days on trail, my laboratory bloodwork reports:
LDL-C = 126 mg/dL
HDL-C = 90
Triglycerides = 37
Fasting glucose = 96
Fasting Insulin = 2.6 uIU/mL
C-Peptide = 1.5 ng/mL
C-Reactive Protein = 0.46 mg/dL
Testosterone (Total) = 700 ng/dL

NMR Lipoprofile particle concentration and size results are mostly all pegged to the green indicating low cardiovascular risk and high insulin sensitivity with a calculated lipoprotein-insulin resistance score (LP-IR) < 25.

I did the Keto diet for the 1.5 yrs of my cancer journey and was cancer free 6 months later. It was a plant-based keto approach so it's slightly modified ( I know Dr Ken is a red meat guy). After I got cancer free, I switched to a Carnviore diets to get my body strong again and WOW feel great.

I lost a dear friend a few weeks ago. She had severe diabetes and fatty liver disease plus other related problems. We were friends in high school and college and all the years since ( over 60 years). She went to a famous area hospital, which gave the standard erroneous advice for diabetes. I really wished I had found your channel sooner. Thank you for all you do. It is appreciated!

Thank you Dr Berry. My hubby was diagnosed 10 years ago with multiple myeloma. 9 years ago he had a stem cell transplant. 2 years ago the cancer came back & attacked his left femur. This summer 2024 we found out about Carnivore diet & started watching you. I had been diagnosed with NAFLD. Do we started the carnivore diet in August. Yesterday we got his most recent myeloma labs. How bout the numbers were lower than when he had the stem cell transplant. He is still on a low dose maintenance therapy, but I’m praying in three months labs are same or lower & he can get off that as well. So, yes!!!! A carnivore or ketovore diet does help to inhibit cancer cell growth. Oh, I have lost 43 pounds, I know my liver is great and hubby has lost 48 pounds.

Just diagnosed with Ocular Melenoma in September this year. It's been a wild ride, but I completed my final surgery today. I'll definitely be doing keto as a lifestyle from here on out. This cancer can come back later in life and if it does, that's usually a rough road that ends poorly. I want to give myself the best chance to be around for my wife and 4 kids for a long time. If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears. Thank you so much for your dedication in getting people to become truly healthy. Just the other day I was reflecting on the fact that when I studied nutrition in college I would look at the "about the author" section of the textbooks and they were often significantly overweight women. My textbooks never mentioned the keto diet or much about fasting. In fact, the books mostly cautioned against extreme dietary changes and instead emphasized keeping everything "balanced". What a shame. Thanks again for sharing the truth!

My dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma in early 2017. I encouraged him to eat a ketogenic diet and provided him with a book recommended by my functional doctor. My dad tried the diet for about a month around the same time he started chemotherapy. He was c/o fatigue and was told BY HIS NEURO ONCOLOGIST that it was likely from the keto diet and that he should just eat a regular diet because there wasn’t enough evidence to show that his cancer relied on sugar to thrive. This particular cancer hospital touted a higher survival rate than any in the country (ie 5 years); however, funding ran out for any of their experimental drug/tx trials. My dad passed away after 16 months. This facility now implements a ketogenic diet as part of their treatment protocol. 🙄

I was diagnosed in October 2024, i haven't had anything done yet because my doctors suck here in tiny town Wyoming. Im trying hard to find someone to look at my pathology. Ive been keto since 2016 but skipped four years of mammograms. I told my doctor i wanted their advice about ivermectin studies with cancer. She said she hadnt heard of it. I sent it to her (ucla study) in the hopes she'd get me started. Crickets! So here i am taking a little horse paste, remaining keto, using castor oil, and praying for a messenger. I'll keep digging into your chanel for more answers. I dont want to ne butchered up just they can say "oh, well we removed your lymph nodes and GREAT, theres nothing wrong with them". Thatll be $30k please.
