I don't understand the instructions and still haven't discovered how to spiralize courgettes, which is what I bought this product for. Please could we have a video that actually shows how to operate the machine, i.e. what the symbols mean, how to operate the shift button, and how to shift between chopping and spiralizing. I'm currently unsure whether my product is faulty or not. It's not doing what I need.
