I am currently streaming "study with me" content every single day. I am to work or study for 8-12 hours every day (probably until March 2025). I might do shorter streams sometimes. My study session is a 60-minute Pomodoro Timer. Then, there will be a break of 10 minutes (or 9). During the live study with me, I repeat this for 8-14 hours. This is a double Pomodoro timer (60\10 or 60\9). The Pomodoro technique is very powerful. Breaks are essential to keep the efficiency of your study high. Always take them! I have a timer for all these scenarios.
