Rollo is so right about the black pill view being so wrong. When I was a teenager I was grossly overweight, probably a good 70 pounds or so. I was a mess with girls. I always thought, "they just don't like me cause I'm fat." In my 20s I lost all the weight and got in shape...still struggled. To me its just to have confidence and talk to people. If they aren't interested then cool, they can be friends or be mutual. Dont bother with them, move and on see if someone else wants to be with you. But also, show them that you doing something with yourself.

Females have been on my ass way more than normal, this is what I do:

1) Eat healthy 80% of the time and Workout 5-6 days a week (good physic)
2) Keep a nicely shaved face and dress nice if not decent
3) I work 5-6 days a week and save money weekly. Also working on a side hustle.
4) Practice confidence and good communication skills. I read a lot for self improvement
